i made my first deposit and played it all free nu wager rulesM.
i win 2500 and Then they say i am declined because i play a to high bet.
i asked when i did and they say in ons game i bought a bonus round that cost around 112,- i never bought a bonus and thought i get it out . i didnt knew that ik is against the rules. its really sad i am just a fair player with not lots off money and was really happy to win some money before the christmas time.

Unfortunately in that case it is not a bonus term that's been violated but the following:
'Placing single bets equal to or higher than 30% of the most recent deposit in play, if it is smaller than the bonus. This max bet limit applies to all players even if no bonus is received, or if the Total Wager Requirement has been cleared.'
Our understanding is that this type bet size limit outside of bonus play is non-compliant with EU consumer law, but having discussed this issue with this group of operators on several occasions I can say with certainty that they will not change their position.
